Questions about moving to Paris

Hi! I am a 30yo American currently living in Norway, and considering the idea of moving to Paris. I am curious though, since I do not have an EU passport, and have heard stories of how difficult it is to move into the country, find a job, get settled, etc. Can anyone offer a little insight for me? I would really appreciate any help.

I am a U.S. citizen planning a move to Paris in the Spring. It's a very overwhelming endeavour! Like you, I am trying to find an apartment, a job......definitely not an easy task! If you have any tips, please let me know!
