What is black points for bad driving?

When rules are broken by you while driving in USA, we get's ticket. Which we just have to pay different ticket for different amount or If you are believes that you didn't do anything wrong than you fight for canceling the tickets in court. If you loose in court, you have to pay for tickets. When you get a ticket, It will effect to your AUTO insurance. May insurance going up and you want to void that situation than you take a extra driving class for insurance credit.

In UAE has black point. What is it? How does effect you?

Dear Alex,

I can add the following as per my knowledge:

1) There is a black point system in UAE (with total of 24 points)
2) If you have a bad history of fines and/or accidents, definitely insurance will charge more!
3) You can check the website of RTA or Dubai Traffic for the details of black points
