Moving to Thailand.

I havent been active here for some time. Am currently living in South Africa, married to a Thai, and we have a 5 year old son.Planning to relocate in about one year and thinking of moving to Huahin.Any advice or info regarding this area will be much appreciated.

Quick response, thanx. Just starting to get all the info , mainly - schools and hospitals. Are there international schools in Huahin and what are the medical standards? Mainly for the little one.How are you enjoying it over there, have u been there long time.

Hi there, my name is Johnny and I currently live in New Zealand.
I am considering moving to Thailand to live and was hoping someone can give me some advice. I would like to know what areas are safe to live in. I am on my own now and I am looking to help out in with youth work or similar. I feel it is time in my life I look at helping others and would love to do this in a warm climate. I have lived here for 16 years and have a Thai wife and two children. If you want to help others here in Thailand there are plenty of volunteer groups to choose from.
