Hi there,

i am Spanish guy who is considering moving to Thailand for working as expat. I do not have any issue because my company will ensure my visa. I am living with my partner but we are not married. I would like to know which kind of visa she should apply.

Could she get visa as my partner?

thanks a lot for your help

You should apply for Non-immigrant B Visa. The company then should get you the work permit which will let you to work in Thailand legally.

All the best!

Thanks a lot for your answer, I have my work permit and visa, but I came with my partner (not married) and I want to know how to do for her.

As far as I know, only married spouses and other direct family members can get a visa tied to yours. So your partner has to get one on her own merit, e.g. by finding a job herself or enrolling in a full-time course and getting a student visa.
