Hello,

I'm preparing a feasibility about fast food restaurant.We want to open this restaurant in one of the region; Tahlia, Suleimaniyah and Prince Sultan street. I didnt find anythink in this forum and google. So, I need some info;

- How can I have a idea about rental fees

- I'm thinking in this regions .. but If you have to different idea.. Can you share ?

all these roads are full with restaurants. As far as rent goes it might be a good idea to drive around & check with some real-estate offices, however I believe that Suleimaniyah is the cheapest. That being said since the roads are packed with restaurants I don't believe that the project will be feasible.

I have an idea. You open your restaurant near a large company compound where most people are expats (and don't have cars) and can WALK to your place. It's guaranteed clientele.

I'm also thinking about one of the big hospitals.. Faisal or Fahad... where hundreds of women who can't drive are forced to take cabs if they want a quick bite to eat (well, BK and a few deliver, but it's cold by the time it gets to you).

How about offering an online ordering/delivery service? I always have trouble ordering food over the phone because of the language barrier. You should also include mac & cheese on your menu.

you should choose location in very good area

my friend open restaurant but after 2 years he close it

This depends on the type of restaurant and food prices and which class of people he looking for

I cant open a restaurant in the south of Riyadh and prices meals is expensive.
