I need to send a document to the US by express. What is the fastest method and where can I go to get it done?

GO TO the Main Post Office, opposite the church at the top of Dong Khoi.

There is FREE PARKING in a small entrance about 10 metres from the left-hand semi-circle entrance.

ENTER the main postal hall and walk to the extreme far left-hand counter. It has a DHL sign.

ASK THE WOMAN FOR JNE COURIER SERVICE prices - if they serve your destination they are one-half to one-third the cost of DHL. The Post Office doesn't promote JNE as they pay less commission.

The Main Post Office accepts CASH or PLASTIC. 4% surcharge for plastic.

JNE web site is: < http://www.jneintl.com/jne_network.html >. It's a large courier run out of Singapore.

ASK THE COUNTER WOMAN FOR: The tracking info AND FOR THE FREE PARKING TICKET!!!

JNE has am interesting HAND-CARRY option. When passengers fly into TSN only their baggage is X-rayed. Rarely are passengers searched. JNE exploits this by hand-carrying urgent shipments like documents and iPhone5's!
