Just wanted to share our excitement!
After just 12 more sleeps we will arrive in Malta :-)
Our shipping items are being collected on Monday then just the last few loose ends to tie up and we're done!
Can't believe we're this close to the move, it's been a long 6 months living with the inlaws lol x

Toon

good luck and hope you enjoy it.

Hi all,
So we have arrived on the island last Wednesday! :-)
Apartment is great, managed to get most of our stuff unpacked so feels like home. Had a pretty chilled out week catching up with friends, enjoying some sun.
The car hunting has started, ID cards will be next weeks task. Hubby's hoping to get started at work over the next few weeks and we've already got a Halloween party to get organised for :-)

Maybe get chance to join a Meetup sometime soon  x

Thanks Julian!

I've found you all very helpful so far and have found this to be the best forum around for support and info (signed up to a couple of others, but responses are very slow if any at all received!).

Whereabouts in Birzebugga are you? We're in Qajjenza, we have close friends just a couple of buildings away and have noticed quite a few expats around us.

PEProChef,

You obviously Asked Administration about this, i was actually on about the Island, all the people here are really about helping people with anything on the Island. If you have issues on how to do stuff on the website then still create a post on the forum as we may be able to help with that also.

We dont control the website however but will certainly try to help.

Risse, we are in Tal papa area, which is the other side of Birze, but then no where is really that far :)

I can sense your excitement and hopefully it will be the same for us. Seems ages to July 16th but we are well on the way preparing.
We visit on Jan 28th for six weeks also and we are both becoming as excited as children do!!!
