Hi everyone,

Yesterday i spoke with my boyfriend (who is working in Kuwait), and we wanted to see each other on skype. But he couldn't download it. So can someone tell me some other program he can download, to chat with him and at the same time to see him on camera.

Hi try tango.me or get him to ask some other chaps at his work and they may have the app file which he can use to download it to his PCM via a USB.

dear Kate, simply tell your bf to find a mirror to download skype from - skype.com is blocked in kuwait because it is VoIP. so, go to sites like tucows.com etc for downloads, the service itself is not blocked.

Aside from Tango and Skype, setting aside the video - I use WhatsApp for text messages and MMS and Viber for free phone calls. Both of those services are pretty cool too and work really well.
Give them a shot - Your boyfriend should be able to get all four apps on his phone easily in Kuwait and all four are free downloads and service.
