Exit stamp for new born child

Can anyone help me... My wife just delivered our baby.. I don't want them to stay here in Fujairah UAE. Do I need to to acquire visa for my child so that he can travel out of the UAE? Anyone knows this "Exit Stamp" for new born? Please somebody, explain it to me.
