I seem to be having several "Problems"!! 1. I am trying to find out if I need a 2 way ticket to the Philippines (I am married to a Filipina)if I plan on moving there? 2. How and what do I need to do to receive the 1 year free spouse Visa upon entry, does the wife have to be there? I have her birth certificate (old name), our marriage certificate(Filipino)(new name) she is coming home from The UAE where she has been working for 3 years.

Check some of the other sites such as Live in philippines. they have better visa info. They would prob recommend buying a throw away ticket out of PI, such as to HK or SG as evidence of leaving the Phils. Will also need a 13A visa. You may want to apply for all of this while in US. Otherwise, you will have the standard 90 day visa, extendable monthly and will need to fly out at years end. That is my recollection so check other sources. good luck.
