Sad to say.. there's no Biltong here in Manila. there are some dried meat in Binondo the chinese version but it's not as good as Biltong.

Maybe you can think about making your own biltong.I have never tried,however am told it is quite easy.I have just been to one biltong stand near my home,but did not find the owner as wanted to ask about making it.If i get a recipe i will let you know.In the mean time,what about putting a post on the SA one to ask for a recipe.
