Long term accommodation Dakar

Hi all,

I am looking for long term accommodation in Dakar at least a year.
Somewhere from Downtown along the beach down to Almadies apartment 2 bedrooms decent. My budget is around 500 000CFA a month. I am having not much luck on the net for what I am after. I will be there in December to have a look around for a place. Is there any agency to visit or real estate agents???

Any ideas would be much appreciated
