TOMORROW IS THANKSGIVING!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am really feeling sorry for myself because that doesn't seem to mean anything to anyone but me.  Even my Brit husband doesn't get it.  I also can't get a turkey and that is a bummer!

Is there anyone on this island who would like to celebrate (or understands) Thanksgiving with me?  I will be happy to cook if you will just come eat and share your memories of Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and "Over the River and through the woods to Grandmother's house"  Yes, I am a silly sentimental woman!

sounds like an offer that cant be refused - good luck my friend - hope you get a good response.

Hi Mrellan,

I'm celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow! My American girlfriend is visiting her family in Boston for Thanksgiving and I always have an alternate celebration here in Malta with Maltese and Expat friends from Canada. But I'm really sorry to say that we are fully booked this year.

I always make turkey breast which is readily available frozen from Miracle foods or from Snow White in Mgarr in different sizes.

I think you can find whole turkeys closer to Christmas in the bigger supermarkets.

Cheers
Ricky
