Medical Examination - Standard Procedure

Dear All,

Can you please advise if the cost of medical examination is to be borne by the employer or the employee?

My employer is asking me to bear the cost of expenditure with no commitment to reimburse it later.

Appreciate any guidance/advise around this.

Under Saudi law, it should be borne by the employer.

But Saudi law really only applies to Saudis.

This is a red flag. Leave now.
