Cost of living in PAPHOS

Anyone know what is a list of living expenses for those living in Paphos?

Lets assume rent is 1100.
What would electricity and water be in a 3 bedroom rented house per month.
Is there gas or is it only electricity?
Is there council tax or something similar?
What would broadband and landline telephone cost?
A standard mobile phone package per month cost?
Are you likely to get a mobile phone contract when you just arrive with no history?
Do you need a Cypriot bank account before you can rent?
If so, what does the bank require to open up a bank account and how long does that take?
As a British citizen that has never lived in Cyprus before, do they require you to pay 6 months rent upfront?
What deposit is required to rent?
Any other taxes?

HI NOT KNOWING A LOT AS I LIVE IN PART PAID BY MY EMPLOYER.

3 BEDROOM --600 EUROS
PCMELECTRICITY ,DEPENDS ON YOUR ELECRIC ITEMS
TOPS 100 EUROS PCM
GAS IS IN BOTTLES,1 BOTTLE CAN TAKE YOU 1 MONTH ,BUT ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE 2 ,LOOKING AT 13 EUROS A BOTTLE.
