Hey All,

Need a little help from my fellow Americans. I originally came to Kuwait on a visitors visa and was happy driving around with my American license. Well, I have gone and got my civil ID and need to get a Kuwaiti license but I did not get it authenticated in the US and am not returning to the US any time soon. So my question is how can I get it authenticated now? I have tried to contact the US Embassy but they are the worst at returning phone calls. Any help greatly appreciated.

You need only to translate your driving license to Arabic and have the translation authenticated bu the USA emabssy.
