Assalamualaikum - Urgent help (Kafeels death)

Assalamualaikum All.

I live in Saudi Arabia and currently working for a company for over a year now. Unfortunately my Kafeel died (Inna lillahi wainna ilaihi Rajioon).

My Visa with this Kafeel is valid until Jan 2013. Can someone please guide me if my Visa is renewable or exchangeble.

Here is what I've heard about such cases:-
If yours is the single-person owned company (Moasasah) and the owner dies, the sponsorship of all employee will be changed to first kin (wife >> son >> brother). Do talk to your company's mandoob.

Issue is that neither my Kafeel's - wife/son/brother wants to take over the sponsorship. So what can i do here?

so in this scenario, will the transfer be an issue as well?

Please kindly help me with dear advice.

And what does the company mandoob say?

As last resort, you may visit the labor court to seek a solution.
