Skanska camp (1st Eng Camp) on Gargaresh has a 25m open air pool. You need a wetsuit at the moment!
I believe one of the International schools has a covered pool, but haven't managed to get myself invited yet :(
LCM camp has a 25m pool , again, open air, unheated.
Go on GoogleEarth and you can see large pools.
There's always the Med. I was swimming off Regatta last week, it was lovely!

I believe the only indoor pool is at the Corinthia hotel, I am still checking out whether any of the outdoor ones here are heated or not.

Solar heated yes!

Skanska camp do put on a cover every night, which keeps some of the heat in.
I'm checking out some places for OW swimming, other than the sea. There's a reservoir at Cobra Dam, I swam there last May, but the water was a bit low. I've been told it's better now, a bit more rain and it will be a great place to swim.
