Laptop manufacturers with official support in Malta?

Hi,

I am moving to Malta in the coming months. I will be working from home.

I use a high end laptop for work (programming), so now that I going to move, I want to buy one from a brand that has official support in Malta, since these laptops are very expensive (>2000).

For example, Dell and Lenovo don't have it. In case of problems, there is nothing I can do unless I take a plane.

The only one I have found so far is Apple, and it is not my cup of tea.

ACER - Authorised Service Centres in Malta are ScanMalta and Klikk

The difference from Dell, HP, IBM/Lenovo etc. to Acer is mainly not the hardeware itself but the service network ... which seems to not exist in Malta
