IQAMA TRANSFER & PROFESSION CHANGING

Dear TLL ,

My Iqama is going to expire in this July. My profession in iqama is Mason and my sponsor is from Najran.
Now I need to transfer my visa to some other sponsor in Dammam.

I request your kind advise regarding the below matters.

Is it possible to transfer the sponsor before completing two years?
Can I transfer my profession from Mason to AC technician ?
What are the documents required from my present sponsor ?
How much charge will for transfer only as per present situation ?
How much time required for this transfer ?
