I am also moving in Egypt in 2013! and same thing am looking for friends! me and my husband are doing some research on how to settle there and all maybe you can help me ?

He is an interior architect and he is looking for jobs over there but do you know what is the scop in this field ? and do they take foreigners ?

Jobs - if an egyptian can do the job then they won't employ a foriegner - nor will they issue the company with a work visa for that employee.
Don't come before you have a job - you will get a visit visa on which you are not allowed to work and then you will be on your way home.

Interior designers / architects are many here in Egypt, and there are many many unemployed ones - my brother in law is actually one - so I really don't think you will find anything

Why is that ur bro in law not getting a job? Because I saw job offers everyday for interior architect but I just don't know what are the chances for us to get one. But if you are saying that even your bro in law is struggling means these companies must be very very selective and on low budget.
