Hi My sister has got a job offer from Salalah. She is married with 3 kids her kids are getting visa on her basis but she was told by her company that husband can only get 3 months visit visa. After that if he didn't get a job than what will be his status are there any rules favouring her spouse to join her. Please help out urgently as she has to decide.
Secondly she received offer of 1150 RO is it enough to support her family and save as well.

Thanks

Dear Urooj!
The visit visa of the spouse/anyone can be extended with an extra fees (every 3 months). The company should not be having an issue by issuing a family joining visa for her husband, which is generally for 2 years. You're advised to recheck with her employer for obtaining a firmed reply. If they regret to issue the family joining visa, you'll have a single option, i.e. to keep renewing his visit visa upon expiry.

Salalah is a nice place and much much cheaper than Muscat. The house rents are way cheaper as compared to the Oman capital.
OMR 1150 is not really a bad package. The expenses depend upon the life style of the person.

Trust the above would help your sister to decide accordingly.
