Dilemma about accepting job

I am a lady gynaecologist. Presently working in a goverment set up in india.i have a job interview for post of consultant gynae in oman.i have 16 yrs plus experience post MD
The offer is for starting around 3000 OMR.my q are...is it worth it?
I have two daughters aged 11 and 8 yrs..want to shift with them?
My husband is in a job in india and won't shift so is it practical and feasible to manage with the girls here in this salary?

Hii there. Its a good offer. Go for it. But before joining go for background check of hospital and verify whether salary is regular. If possible confirm with fellow employees in the hospital. Being a doctor myself has faced lots of issues with the salary...Good luck Dr.

Yes I agree, 3,000 OMR is an excellent salary and Salalah is not that expensive. You can pay anywhere from 160 - 400/ month for a flat or villa, depending on your needs and the location. There are lots of cheap airlines flying to India now, especially since they opened the new Salalah International airport, so you aren't automatically stopping over in Muscat en route to somewhere else, anymore.
