Anyone have one? How hard is it to find a job as a Trainer at a Thai school? Can you get a work visa? What's the pay like?

You need to give some more information before someone can assist you.
Pay as a teacher in Thailand is low unless you have many academic qualifications.

It isn't very difficult. The pay is usually little above $1,000. U.S. monthly. The rewards, priceless.
