what can improve on hair growth>

I have experienced the hairloss while living in Singapore for 5 years, it's really a big trouble to me as I love having a thick and healthy hair. I stay away from just any kinds of treatments from clinics or doctors or hair spas just because I do not have much money and I believe it can help for a short period which could not last long.

Recently, I have tried some natural methods for about several months and I could see my hair has grown back, thicker. What I have tried I would like to share here for anyone's interested in:
- I drink doctor best's collagen powder every night before my sleep. I believe lacking collagen is also a factor to me.
1hr maybe before collagen drink, I consume honey + black seed oil together (which is a super food for staying healthy from inside, and is well-known for hair grow. You could apply the oil directly to the area you want the hair grows, it works.). Black seed oil is not recommended for people with hypotension, so be aware of this.

- I wash my hair with OGX Collagen shampoo and use apple cider vinegar mix with water to work as hair conditioner. It helps make my scalp heathier which could lead to less hair fall (it helps for me).

I have kept doing this for a several months and my friend commented that my hair looks thicker and not thin like it used to be. I could see the same too. Hope it might help :).

Personally, I have tried using Kirkland Signature hair growth solution and it works for me. had to use for about 3 months for the results to show. Try searching for it on Lazada Singapore's website? Got mine there. it's quite affordable and not costly treatments going into the thousands.

I don't know how helpful this would be but after seeing how hair loss can affect someone and how treating it with implants or something else can be so uplifting and make a huge difference in that person's life. My father had hair transplants from Follicle and he's a changed man. Much more relaxed and he even looks younger!
After seeing that change in him over time I have definitely started to take greater care of my hair, especially given the possibility that I inherited these genes too.

Actually there are a lot of DIY recipes online but not sure if those works. The salon for herbal treatment I think is alright, not 100% cure is bee choo.. you can try but no guarantee as I think it deter from people to people

Anna - agree - collagen is remarkable in many ways - and needs to be ingested.

I do not think you can prevent hair loss. Best to accept it and smile. JW

Nobody called Charlestan has participated in this thread, so whom do you mean?
Since hair loss treatments are 99% qacks, scams and cheats, none of them will ever give you a guarantee!

Do you know what's causing the hair loss? If it's serious you should probably see your general practitioner first. But if you'd like to try to solve the problem by yourself first then start by identifying potential causes: could it be the shampoo/conditioner you're using? Food that you eat? Allergic reactions? Dry hair? Hair breakage due to pulling on tangled hair when you comb it?

You could try adding a hair moisturizer like argan oil to your hair care routine, applying it after washing your hair (while it's damp, not wet, not dry) to help lock in the moisture and smooth the frizz.

It's unavoidable but Aloe Vera has made the thinning spots thicker. It helped me to at least not hasten the hair loss. I'm happy with it.

Just wanted to share my experience with Beijing 101 recently for a customised hair treatment, though this is not due to severe hair loss but still worth sharing.

Went there for a trial session that costs around 40sgd, which is quite OK.
Then unknowingly, the gritty part came as I was asked to sign-up for their 10-session package (was initially 20 sessions) and it it ridiculously expensive (around 3,456sgd! might be higher or lower depending on the treatment package for each person).

Through repeated sales talk, mixed with confused thoughts and feeling of desperation for hair treatment, I availed it (and I still think it is not probably a good idea).

For the payment, I was required to pay in full but if you use a DBS credit card to pay, you may opt for a 6-month interest-free installment. (which is still quite pricey).

So, bottom line, if you opt to visit Beijing 101, make sure you tried something else / have money to burn (just a joke but please don't like what I did) / really really need treatment (last resort).

Overall, after what I had experienced, I was just hoping that at the end of the session, I will see some improvement or better yet, be cured after the 10-session treatment.
Hope this can help.
