Salary provided by Employer (Executive level)

Personally I think it is an awful offer. Even with accommodation included you will struggle. Ask for double that and you may be on to a winner.

Accommodation for a single person is fro m150 - 250BD per month, food is cheap but you still need to save for your future and survive.

Well The Company says thats the standard pay for the designation. I am not going to spend much other than for necessities, but getting an accommodation and meeting daily needs will be difficult i guess.
What would your opinion be?

All companies here offer less than they are prepared to pay so negotiate in the first instance. If you feel you are happy living in a very basic small accommodation then yes you will survive. But is surviving as good as living?

You want to work to live, not live to work.
