Hello,
I am interested in the position of Sous Chef. I am 33. I have 7 years of training that started in the dish pit until my last position of jr. Sous. I have reference from the executive and head chef of my previous employer, pizzeria libretto. There name respectfully are Rocco Agostino and Tiffany Chan. Besides Italian and traditional pub fair, I have some experience with Mediterranean cuisine, including whole fish fry, lobster and crispy cuscus.
Bit about my travels, I have lived in Taiwan for a year and I have visited Thailand for two short of a time. I am still in contact with friends in both places, but it is Thailand I would like to call home for at least a year.
If you would like to see my references, cover letter and resume, I would ask you to reply to this email.

[Moderated: Please Avoid phone number over the forum]

I look forward to hearing from you,
Kyle Rogers
