I think Can Tho will represent all since Mien Tay is not a city.

Wow that's a lot of city and I think most will be ghost towns or very few interactions. I don't know where Thai Nguyen and Vinh is. Oh well just stick to the overall Vietnam forum and all should be good. Guess asking for some and getting a whole bunch is better than nothing.
