Young male, looking to move to Estonia

Hey everyone. I am a 23 year old male, recent Navy Veteran. A few years ago I was deployed and was able to visit Estonia for a week.I fell in love with it, almost immediately. I vowed to one day return and now that I'm out, I figure it's time to get some suggestions and tips on how to go about it. I do have the G.I. Bill so I almost wonder if I could use that over there. any ideas?

Hey, Thea, thanks for the reply! I'm fairly certain I would like to move there. I plan to attend school, getting a degree in veterinary technology. Is that a career I could maintain while living in Estonia?

Your GI bill is of no use in Estonia.
GI bill would only work in an American Accredited University, but you should check with the VA on any international universities that would accept it.

If you wanna study veterinary medicine, there is a decent and affordable veterinary program at Tartu University. I'm not sure that program is in English but there are a few other bachelor/masters programs each in English.

Did you by chance come on a Navy Destroyer during Nato Exercise?
Visited a friend who was a sailor since I live here, he happened to be ported in Tallinn for a couple days.

If you wanna live here, you need to come here as a student first. That would be your ticket in.
