HI everyone
Will be arriving tomorrow afternoon.I will be staying at my villa that I bought in Jan.
The location is Residencial Casa Linda,5 sosua.I need to do some extensive upgrades.Will be requiring a clay tile roof repairman as I have around 40 that need to be fixed as they are missing.And also a good plumbing company any recommendations for these services will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Welcome Calgary....... This is a great place to get recommendations. I cannot help you with either of these items but I am sure Bob can. He is travelling today but will be online soon.

Keep us posted on your repairs and what more you may need! I know painters and electrical people if you need those.

you might talk to Eric (developer) as he has lots of good tradesmen working for him. If not feel free to PM me. I live just up the road from you and actually when we first got here we rented #13 for 8 months.
