I want to start running a guest house in Thailand - I want to know as where I can find list of reliable Thai law firms for company registration. Appreciate if anyone please share important points to be kept in mind before and during company registration. Thanks!

Thai Industrial Serve

Hi, I am Thai, but in working field for long as Investment Consultant (B.O.I) normally working for manufacturing investors in Thailand.  For your project, you should find local law firm in area that you want to invest.  In Bangkok, especially - famous laws firm ; the fees are higher than local's.
