Sponsoring parents/siblings for permanent Visa

Hi ....

i work in Dubai and live in sharjah...and need some help in knwing wats the basic salary required to sponsor parents/ siblings for resident visa??

I read its 10 k per month..however someone told me its 7.5k per month?

please let me know wats the correct amount.

Also wat are the other formalities??? If i want to sponsor a sibling...does the income bracket change / increase???

If you are already in the UAE, just go to a typing center and check. They will provide you with the updated info on requirements. In any case, minimum requirement will be your Labor Contract, Tenancy Contract. Things are easier in Dubai Immigration compared to Sharjah, but it depends on which visa you hold.

thanks....thts really helpful...altho wat i wanted to knw is the minimum salary requirement..... from what i heard..there is a salary threshold beyond which only one can sponsor their dependents.

Sometimes you can manage the salary issue by obtaining a Salary Certificate from your employer, for purpose of your sponsoring relatives. You can request the employer to cover the minimum requirement, on paper.
