Hi guys is there any possible way that a foreigner can upgrade the motobike license to the higher CC above 400cc ?

It is possible. However, it will cost you handsomely; and it will take quite a bit of time. The Vietnamese traffic police will need to approve you.

Your local sport club (motorcycle) can get you signed off. But typically, they seldom do it for outsiders, let alone foreigners. Get to know these guys, if you are really really into it.

Hi wild_1 yup i'm really into big cc bike, the purpose for the big cc bike is to ride legally for touring. If in hcmc itself i would ride automatic scooter.
As for start is there any club that would be a good start and in dual language that you would recommend?
