visa on arrival for Cambodia

I want to cross into Cambodia through the Hoa Lu gate (near Snoul) coming from HCM city ....... can anyone tell me if it Visa on arrival now .......... and can I re-enter the same way to come back to Vietnam?
I have an Australian passport.
