Can anyone advise me on a good builder who speaks good English. That lives in the area around Veliko Turnovo

Hi, i am a welsh ex pat living here for two years and yes i know a fantastic ex uk builder who built me an amazing house/renovation, please tell me how far are you from varna in k.m. I own a property and facility management company working in the area and we have great builders available exactly in Veliko Tyrnovo, but we will need some more information on the property or we can meet there when you buy it.

Good luck with the house hunt, prices are great now, the weather(except for the last few days) is great for reconstruction work(and the almost always needed roof reconstructions) and if you choose a nice village, you will make a great investment in Bulgaria!
