Need help with postal codes

Hi, I am trying to get the correct postal code for an address in Krivoy Rog. Nothing I have found (in English) seems to pin down what I am looking for. I need it in order to mail something via United Parcel Service.
Is there a good, reliable way of obtaining postal codes? Or, if someone here can offer any other help, I would really appreciate it.

The postal code for Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian for Krivoy Rog; is 500. With an address, we can identify the specific neighborhood postal code.
