Watch what the wind blows in

On a recent wet and windy night, Tran Van Tai, 24, left his Yamaha motorbike alongside his brother-in-law's house in Binh Thang Commune.

As he returned,Tai saw a man about 1.6m in height wearing a raincoat and helmet sitting on his motorbike. Thinking that the man was a relative, Tai went to invite the man to come into the house, but the rider revved up the machine and sped off. Then at 9pm, police received information that a man driving a motorbike had been swept into a sewer by swirling flood waters. The bike was found next morning, however, there was no sign of the thief.

Police in Bu Gia Map in the southern province of Binh Phuoc have continued to search for the man, even though it is possible he may have been drowned.
This is what I believe is called Karma
