What you got sound illegal here... you can take copies of your papers and check with the department of labor or you can consult an attorney as well.

What are the rules of Kuwait Labor Law in private sectors, if the employee has been terminated does the employee has the right to claim indemnity after 15 years of service even though he/she has sign an undated letter of imdemnity claim in advance which is specified ""that employee has taken all his/her right therefore he/she has no right to clam anything at the end of the service to the company. ""

If the letter is in Arabic you can claim that you don't know what is written in it. It is illegal for the employer to get you to sign this paper. Also, ministry of labor dictates that the final settlement should be sent through the bank to ensure employee rights are not compromised.
