Need help with tourist visa

Hello, i need some help.
I'm a Vietnamese girl who wants to travel to Dubai for couple days, on the way going to Europe. I need a sponsor who is willing to send me an invitation in order to make a business or tourist visa. It is very difficult in my situation since there is no UAE consulate in my country but Thailand, and it's impossible for a Vietnamese-passport holder to get visa on-arrival. Also, I won't go there with Emirates Airlines or any UAE based airlines or travel agencies due to my budget.
Can any one help me?
