I am residing in D7, too. Huynh Tan Phat street, near Phu My bridge. have you known or come to Phu My bridge yet? it is one of the most beautiful bridge in HCMC & Vietnam. on it, you can view about the city, especially, when the night fall. it is very value to come and see it once 
Why you don't arrange the time to go to there or a certain cafe' near it on weekend, certain Saturday for instance, in that case, you can call me (0987741187).
