I' am a portuguese retired teacher an d I live with my daughter and her husband. I came the 30 December 2010 and know it seems I cannot stay longer then February 2014. Is there any possibility to change this situation? I have only a daughter and no one in my country to take care of me. I hope somebody can give me some information about this. Thank you.

I assume your daughter or her husband is working in Singapore and you joined them on a DP (dependants pass) or LTVP (lon term visit pass) sponsored by them.
DP and LTVP can be renewed as long as the conditions for issuance are still met. There is no time limit.
Contact ICA for a renewal of DP or LTVP.
If the above is not valid in your case, please explain further!

My only advice is to hire a lawyer. I have a similar situation where my country's consulate is unwilling to help and my adopted country is incapable of helping.
