Price varies depending on floor level and facing as well as furnitures and rent duration. The studio ones around 550USD-600USD, plus monthly electric, water, internet, parking and service fee for another 60 USD? Roughly if I remember it correctly.

If so you can rent with a $400-600 range price for 2 BR apt.
Management fee and parking fee depends apartment. Say we pay 300,000 VND as management fee, 150,000 - 800,000 depends on your vehicle, water and electricity charge are less than we rented house earlier.It's in Q.5. But 3 kilometer from Ben Thanh.

Manor 2 goes for sth like 2200 USD/m2. Because of their popularity, their price has not been affected by the ongoing real estate crisis.

Saigon Pearl is across the street and may be less expensive. Both the Manor and Saigon Pearl have sales offices and can inform you if there are any units avail for resell. Also City Garden is a new apartment complex in Binh Thanh that is close by.
