urgent query for iqama processing/sponsor transfer

dear admin,

salam,

I have been living in dammam region for the past couple of months so far i have not received my iqama as my kafeel is under red category (my profession is computer technician & is transferable) i have an offer letter from a green company, but a little problem is that kafeel @ green company is delaying demand letter for iqama process as their manager is abroad & he is saying to bring iqama first for sponsor transfer but i dont have iqama yet so is there anyway around this problem where i can complete whole process w/o demand letter (i need to complete iqama process first on basis of green company & then transfer sponsor to same company as well)

Please inform how can i complete this process, my passport is with my kafeel who is available for transfer.

Plz respond asap I am under great trauma & stress.
