Hey Iceland! Looking for a middle school to skype with Austin, Texas

I am a middle school science and technology teacher in Austin, Texas and I would love to find a middle school (grades 5-8) in Iceland that will communicate with us!
Texas is the home of a great deal of energy business (OIL and GAS) and we would love to learn more from your country about your amazing culture, your country's beautiful geography and your energy industry. Any kind of communication (skype/ e-mail/ even old fashioned letters!) would be fantastic. My students are very curious about Iceland and would love to have some face to face conversations with your students.

this is a website that lists elementary schools all over iceland:

this website is an informational website for parents, students, and teachers, so you could try sending them an email (click póstur icon on the left near the top).

the other possibility is contacting the ministry of education, who might have some ideas. There are a lot of exchange-type programs with Icelandic teachers who travel to schools in other countries (organized by the ministry) to learn how schools operate elsewhere, so they might have an idea.

keep in mind for both of these links that not much happens in Iceland over the summer, so it might be better to make inquiries in late August rather than now.
