Hi all

I'm new to Mauritius, currently staying in the north temporarily but looking around. I like photography, sports (running in particular) and hiking. I am looking to start playing golf as soon as I can get hold of some clubs!

I look forward to staying here and enjoying myself once I settle down a bit.

Hello iseedat,

There are many golf clubs in the island.  I go to Tamarina every Saturday.  You don't need to be member there.

Enjoy.

Hi Iseedat,

Concerning golf, there are many clubs on the island as mentioned by Esther. Some require a membership whereas others not. The membership can vary ranging from small clubs to expensive golf resorts. The most popular are Gymkhanna, Tamarina, Belle Mare Plage, Le Touessrok, Heritage Golf Club, Anahita, Paradis and Legends Golf Club. You can find more info and ratings on TripAdvisor.
