I used these guys for a rencet trip I made to Japan. Check it out.
pacificprime.com/plans/travel/plan.php

They sent me an excel sheet with different options and were able to get my plan to me just in time.

Hope this helps :)

I myself have been moving around and taking some nice long vacations. When i moved to Indonesia, a little over a year ago, my dad recommended me to get a health insurance plan especially one that has a good dental plan because my teeth sucks. He mentioned that i should deal with a broker called Pacific Prime because they can find and tailor a plan that will not only be right for me but will be at the best price. So, i called them, i let them know my situation and i answered some of their questions. They called me back and gave me some options and i chose the best one that i thought and the agent thought was the best for me. When i traveled to Thailand and i needed a root canal, while i was enjoying the beach, i called the broker i worked with at Pacific Prime and was directed to the closest dentist (I knew i needed the root canal cause i have been avoiding the pain of going through another one. All went well and my insurance plan worked  as expected and the pain was not too bad but my mouth hurted cause i had to have it open for over 45 minutes. P.S. i have also used my insurance in Indonesia due to a basket ball injury.

We get ours thru DBS Bank ..... have not 'tested' it with any illness and the like (thank goodness) but even reading the fine print ... we get a good deal.

We have been here over three years and our World Wide travel insurance is renewable every February for us as a couple.

Certainly worth calling in to your local DBS bank to discuss.

Good Luck!!

Read the reply and i called Pacific Prime asking more questions. I was told they will create a plan that can be for a month or more depending on my needs. They also recommended me different plans from different insurance companies that gave me more choices that i thought was out there. If you like give them a call and see, here is the number i called 852 3113 1331 (International dialing to Hong Kong).Good luck

DBS Bank?

Leone

Yes ... DBS bank.

Premiums were the best we could locate anywhere else in Singapore:

Hi friend,
Its better for you to search over internet so that you can get the best travel insurance company. However you should follow some valuable tips.
Travel insurance companies will often refuse to pay for lost or stolen items unless that you can prove that you own them. The best way is with the original receipt. We might keep receipts for the expensive items but who has a receipt for every item you are taking away with you!

Thanks

We do a lot of active and adventure travel and have taken out policies through World Nomads (underwritten by BUPA) which covers most things we do. That said, most expat policies are good in any country so if you already have that, you don't need travel insurance unless you visit a country excluded from your policy (often the US is excluded due to the insane costs of hospitals there).
