Book exchange

I was thinking about organising a book exchange. I have quite a few English books that both my boyfriend and I have read. I would like some more and wondered if I organised one whether a book exchange would be popular?
I was thinking about booking an area in a bar or meeting on Margaret Island one day this weekend. Everyone can turn up with books they want to swap and also have some drinks if people fancied.
Let me know if there'd be any interest and I will organise.

Thanks.

Have you (or anyone else) got any English language kids books age range, say 3 - 11?

I've got quite a few paperback novels to swap, many of them in large sized format for easy reading.

Might be best to organise it somewhere there's parking as books are heavy to carry. Not so easy at Margaret Island perhaps.

I don't have any children's books unfortunately. I gave them all away to children I taught. Good thinking about the parking, any suggestions as I don't drive. If there's enough interest by Thursday I'll make a definite plan. Thanks for your reply.
