Cost of living in Abu Dhabi

Dear friends,

I had an offer of 420,000.00 AED (per year) for the position of a construction manager. This amount includes accommodation and local transportation. No other "allowances" will be given.

On top of that, there will be a medical insurance paid by them.

I would like to ask you, if I will move down there with my family (woman not working and two children 12 years old), without living an extravagant life, what should I expect for monthly cost of living?

I assume that I need a decent 3 bedroom flat, a rented car, school for the children and the usual running costs like food etc.
