Have not found a big book store yet.
Where would the largest one with collections in English be?

does it have cafe inside with wifi to spend extended time in?

Check Bestsellers on October 6 utca - best selection of English books in town. Also, Alexander on Andrassy ut. Used book stores include red Bus and Bookstatio n, both good sources.
