There are plenty of freight forwarding companies that do this daily. There are big names - Kuehne & Nagel, FedEx, DHL, AGS to just name a few

And they are plenty of small guys too. When we relocated to Zimbabwe, we got a company called Sterling Export Corp to do the purchases for us from all over South Africa, consolidate them and ship them to us. they did a good job for us.
